S.N.O.O.P.S was one of our early productions. It was a cutting edge entry into interactive television funded by the Galaxy Institute of Hughes Communication. Hughes was interested in exploring the two-way capability of their digital satellite transmissions. They felt this potential would be natural for interactive educational projects. A nation-wide request for proposal was issued. Our idea for the science curriculum was to develop a dramatic series that would involve the classroom audience directly in the fate of the young protagonists. The competition was fierce, to put it mildly, but we were awarded the contract.

We are very proud of this series since it ranks in production quality with the best of broadcast television while adhering to the demands of a very exacting curriculum. The teachers were happy and so were the students.

When we say we shoot remotes we mean it. At the bottom of the photo you can barely make out our crew shooting a scene for SNOOP's "Full Moon Bandits" in the Arizona desert.

One of SNOOPS leading stars finds out more than she wanted about the properties of mud... err... matter.
