 Terra Multimedia was contracted in 1997 to raise the on-air quality of these annual awards. We set about determining where past broadcasts of the awards fell short and what we needed to do to make this gala event from the Kennedy Center in Washington D.C. a Television special that would bring in the ratings for the NBC stations. We assembled a top-notch team of producers, director, lighting designer, stage managers, videographers, and technicians. The 1997 Annual Hispanic Heritage Awards brought in the highest ratings to date for that special. We've returned every year since with a star studded cast and a roster of real role models making this Television Variety show truly special and among the best of its kind. |
